We talked about our breathing patterns and how our bodies just know to breath, but we can control or clam our breathing when it gets fast.

nervous or unsure ~ my heart rate will be FAST and QUICK
When I am calm, happy, ready to learn and
feeling loved ~ my heart rate will be STEADY AND SLOWER
