Families First Series coming to Craddock ~

The Nurturing Parenting Program (Families First) is a fun and free 7 week
series designed for the whole family. Each session starts with a family dinner, followed by a family craft or activity.
 
Following family time, children will play games, participate in various activities & discussions and enjoy free time, while parents relax with other parents within the school district and hear presentations and group discussions regarding various parenting topics such as Discipline and Parenting Strategies, Child Development (Ages and Stages), Self - Esteem (Affirmations), Stress Management, Problem Solving and Family Communication, Holistic Needs (Taking Care of Yourself) and School and Family.
 
During the school and family presentation, parents will be given the opportunity to hear presentations from Tami Mazzella and Cynthia Curry, School Counselors at Miller & Craddock and Leighton.
 
Families attending all 7 sessions will receive a $25.00 gift card to a local grocery store. This series is funded by the Ohio Children's Trust Fund, the Mental Health and Recovery Board and the Kiwanis Young Children's Council. It is brought to you by Townhall II.
 
Please watch for additional information to come home soon with your child. The dates for the series are as follows: March 12th, 19th; April 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th.
