Picnic lunch in Room 108 ~

This month I decided to sell lunch in my office at the school store.....never did I imagine that in 5 First Grade Classrooms almost 100 students would choose to make that purchase!

I tried to make it look like a picnic with plastic tablecloths on the floor for blankets.*  We also watched some cartoons to add some fun to our dining experience!

THANK YOU to Mrs. Armbrecht for joining her class for lunch and making it even more special for them!!

What fun we had with the following rooms:
Mrs. Armbrecht
Mrs. Goff
Miss McArthur
Miss Schaefer
Mrs. Acevedo

Everyone got to pick out a fun new pencil, too!

Miss McArthur and Mrs. Goff's class!

Mrs. Goff and Miss McArthur's friends!

Cartoon time!

Having fun and being safe on the nut-free 'blanket'!

*I made sure to have a nut-free area for my students with allergies.*

Germ experiment...........

I did an experiment to help show the kids how quickly germs can spread from our hands to other items........and why it is so very important ...
