We are talking about Acts of Kindness in our 1st & 2nd grade classrooms.
1st grade
We are learning that we can be kind to others by simply doing things without being asked, showing them that we care, getting along and listening.
2nd grade
We are learning that we can be kind to others by simply doing things without being asked, showing them that we care, getting along and listening.
The students talked about the fact that the author probably started the book/story with the siblings not getting along all of the time to show us how being kind and working together makes a big difference at the end of the story.
