Bully Busters visit Craddock............

We had two very special guests today visit with us at Craddock for National Bully Prevention Month..........The Bully Busters!

BBG (Bully Buster Green) and BBP (Bully Buster Pink) shared a special activity with each grade level and talked with the students about the difference between a not nice friend choice VS. bulllying, how to stand up for themselves and others, and how to be kind.

They used the Wrinkled Heart and Toothpaste activities to help demonstrate to students that once you say your words, you cannot get them back ~ the toothpaste cannot go back in the tube and the wrinkles cannot come out of the paper heart!

Each teacher received a copy of the poster below for their classrooms:

The Bully Busters reviewed the poster with all of the students, as well!  The students shared amazing ideas with them and made great connections to their knowledge on what their brains do!!

Germ experiment...........

I did an experiment to help show the kids how quickly germs can spread from our hands to other items........and why it is so very important ...
