Our School Counseling Class Lessons are scheduled to begin the week of September 9th in both buildings.
In Kindergarten, we will be learning about making friends, joining a group, getting along with others, being respectful, being responsible, being a problem solver, being kind, having a calm body and brain and much more!
In 1st grade, we will be learning all about our brains and how they help us work each day. I used the Mind Up Curriculum last year with all 1st and 2nd graders and it was so successful; the kids LOVED all that we did together. Once we get started, please be sure to ask your child what they are learning!
