October is National Bully Prevention Month . . .

The theme for our school is R-E-S-P-E-C-T ~ following the Golden Rule!  We are also introducing a new saying or acronym to the students:

N ow

S topped

We will be reading a book during our class bully lessons entitled "Bully B.E.A.N.S" and I am waiting to hear if we will be awarded a grant that will allow me to do a special acitivity with each child surrounding the theme of the book, so this is just a little preview!

Please encourage your child to get help if they think a situation is uncomfortable

for them . . . the only way we can help is if we know about it!
